A Holistic Approach to Personal Growth

Are you seeking personal growth, but not sure it’s possible? Do you wish you could change your life for the better, but despair because the obstacles seem insurmountable? If you wish you could make healthy changes in your life, but aren’t sure how, Holistic coaching might be the remedy. You’ll begin by examining your life across eight domains, spanning mind, body and spirit. After an initial assessment, your personalized path will grow clear. Holistic coaching begins by working on particular areas, and then bringing all of the pieces into a new, harmonious whole.

Groups will become available from time to time, if you’re seeking social support in a small, intimate setting. Check this website regularly for newly scheduled upcoming groups, or add your name to my mailing list to receive timely notifications of upcoming groups.

If you work with psychedelics, and are seeking to increase the positive impact of using these sacred medicines, then psychedelic coaching will benefit you. There are two aspects of this service.

  • Preparation: Get help preparing mindfully for your upcoming trip, set intentions, and learn and practice useful journeying skills (such as letting go, allowing, and leaning in). A coach can help you work toward emotional and spiritual readiness.
  • Integration: Receive support for reflecting on a past journey (recent or long ago), surface new insights and lessons, and implement meaningful changes. A coach can help you practice positive change.

Not sure how to begin? I’m available for consultation if all you need for now is to clarify your thinking or get a few questions answered.

Disclaimer
I recognize that psychedelic use occurs, and aim to provide support for people who make the decision to use them. However, until the day when these healing substances are legalized in the US, I cannot and do not provide them, work directly with them, recommend where you might obtain them, or have anything to do with their actual use. If people choose to access psychedelic substances, they do so fully independently of the services provided by The Psychedelic Rabbi, LLC.

Testimonials

Hear from Former Clients

She offered us enlightenment, serenity, and grace…and created a peaceful place for us all. Blessings and thanks.

Sara G.

With Aura as my coach, I felt safe. My fear—that my story was too big—disappeared. Her reaction wasn’t like ‘that’s too much,’ but rather, [it was] kind, appropriate...and strong enough to hold it. ... I felt empowered by the end of the session.

Jaime P.

Her calm presence, her music and her teachings put me in a better place.

Randall O.

It was amazing how she was able to create a feeling of warmth and connection between the people on a Zoom screen!
